Payments
takeachance allows you to make payments offered by third-party providers. By using the takeachance service to make payments, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the third-party providers, as well as these Terms of Service.
When you make a payment through takeachance, you authorize us to charge your account for the amount of the payment, plus any applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment.
Fees
takeachance may charge fees for certain services or transactions,
such as processing fees or convenience fees. Any fees will be
clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.

A standard gateway charges fee of 1.5% + ₦100 will be included.
₦100 will be waved out for transaction below ₦2,500. i.e if we are using paystack gateway.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the takeachance service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. You also agree not to use the takeachance service to harass, defame, or threaten any person or entity, or to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable.
Termination
takeachance reserves the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to the takeachance service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting takeachance customer support.
Intellectual Property
The takeachance service and all content and materials available through the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of takeachance or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of these materials without the express written consent of takeachance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The takeachance service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. takeachance does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the service will meet your requirements or expectations.
